ReplyDeleteGuys you can fix the issue by using a program called MKVCleaver. Use it to rip the .ass subtitle files from the .mkv file. Once you've done that, use windows notepad to open and view the .ass files. It will show as plain readable text. Then in the code you want to add this line "ScaledBorderAndShadow: yes" on the third row under script info and title. Click save and repeat the process for all the subtitles if you're interested in those too. Then use a program called MKVToolNix to format and merge the subtitles back into the .mkv file. Uncheck the old subtitles so that they don't get added back in. Change the name of the new subtitles so that you can quickly identify them in the media player again. Then format and voila!
